Citizens of Tekarn! This THK broadcast shall be covering the barbarous Highlock Freemen!
Hailing from the High Gravity World of Highlock IV in the Jericho Reach, these traitors threw their lot in with the Tau Empire during the First Damocles War, where their short but sturdy stature made them effective combat troops. However, when Commander Farsight deserted his masters to form his Enclaves, the Freemen followed him in this misguided belief that he could 'free' Jericho Reach from the Imperials and vile Xenos! They are brutish, uncultured but dangerous, and must be shown no mercy, Citizens! Do your duty and exterminate these traitors, for the Shogun Demands It!
This was voice acting done for the Farsight Enclaves faction for Dawn of War Soulstorm: Unification Mod, the Highlock Freemen are a Gue'vesa starting unit that can slowly be upgraded with better weapons and armor to supplement the more elite Tau centered units.
