The world waited, and Cloudbreak provided to send the Fiji Pro Presented by Corona Cero into the history books with an epic conclusion.
Finals Day provided a double dose of perfection, more broken boards, absolute battles, and pulsing Cloudbreak that pushed performances to another level. Erin Brooks’ second Fiji Pro title came with the unfortunate injury sustained by Isabella Nichols, forcing her to withdraw from the Final. Then, it was fireworks between a momentous rematch featuring Cole Houshmand and Gabriel Medina. Houshmand had Medina on the ropes, earning a 16.87 heat total heading into the back half of the bout. But, never count Medina out as he delivered a Perfect 10 to answer before the ocean went quiet to end the bout.
