Kristen is an Australian home-schooling mama, energy worker and author. She mostly works with crystals and minerals, uses sound healing, and loves creating activating personalized crystal grids. She shares some of these remarkable grids on her YouTube channel here:

Kristen runs a few pages on Facebook, one is her crystal gridding page called Kristen’s Crystal Grids, a community group called Unity Universe, and has an advocacy page My Autism and ADHD Awakening.
Kristen wrote a book a few years ago about her later in life diagnosis of autism and ADHD called “My Autism and ADHD Awakening- my journey of adult diagnosis and my neurodivergent family”.
