'I think success, financial success, stability, all has to go into the back seat. It's not a priority anymore. I think the priority is finding yourself first skills-wise, personality-wise, so then you can actually make the decisions in the future or that will have an impact on your future so that you may be able to be successful and you may have that sort of stability that you're looking for.'
