The fifth ‘emergent’ of intelligence known as Galacticity can process data at about 10^40 bits/sec-kg. So, any extraterrestrial being that can process information at this rate would be far superior to even the Hypersocial beings that are capable of internalizing the processes, functions, and interrelationships between many different societies and species of sentient beings. To Galactic beings, we humans along with Communal A.I.s, and Hypersocial beings would just be an insignificant part of a larger galactic community. Perhaps Conscious level beings like us would be no more or less than rocks and vegetation while Communal level A.I.s may be equivalent to no more than an automated abacus for these Galactic beings.
