This is a super simple way to lower the waistband on something.
Just fold it down, like you're rolling the waistband.
Go lower then you actually want it so that when the waistband flips back up, it's in the right place.
Sew right along the edge of the waistband, tacking into place and then flip it up. If all fits right, cut off all the excess and voila!
