After the success of Parasol in defeating her predecessor, Ethan Murr prepares and sends his second creation out to do the same.
Quagmire is built with sockets along his collarbone region, arms, ankles, waist and eyes to emit and acidic gas that leaks out from the chamber within him. His metal reinforced further to resist bog's organic acid, Quagmire was built to not only be immune to Bog's attacks, but also to be the better version of him.

If you don't like this narrative or how Bog was in this fight you can always choose not to take this as canon in ur own canon view. I never intended it to be seen as canon for Bog. It's just a piece of this story that I made for Ethun Murr and his bots.

Yes, I am now made aware Bog has more magical and impressive abilities. And my idea with the acid overpowers other acid was a detail I had forgotten when I initially researched (Stronger acid just makes them more.. it affects the solubility or something again been years since I searched it)
The point of Quagmire (named after a type of swamp aka a bog) is not him as a character himself. He is a product of his creator's spite and anger towards his environment preferring magic over mechanics. Out of spite, he's designed robots to SPECIFICALLY take down/replace renown non mechanical duelists/fighters to prove machines can be better. Obviously for that, these renown characters had to be nerfed for this particular story to work.
Do I deem this as a perfect match up for a character so.. varied in interpretation like Bog? No. I definately did not present him in the more indepth of research regarding his abilities. I only took more of GildedGuy's version of Bog.
There was meant to be another animation of Ethan's third bot who would have the tables turned on him due to the complexity of humanity and how they fight against something conceptually built to be "better" and overpower them. But I lack the time and have many other projects to do so I never did it.
OVERALL: I know and acknowledge this is not a fair interpretation of Bog as an entire whole. I admit my mistakes with not researching how acids work properly. Bog was nerfed in order for the greater story (I couldn't do fully due to time) and that has left out a lot of context. This is not an official duel and simply a piece of a story, not a fair match up to the involved characters.
