Universal Studios Islands of Adventure The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride with complete ride POV is Probably one of the smoothest rides in Islands of Adventure at Universal. Located in Seuss Landing, very close to the Cat in the Hat, you get the full view of IOA and all its glory. Enjoy!
