Works on 1.16, 1.17, 1.18 and 1.19!
In this Minecraft tutorial I guide you through building a High Efficiency Wither Rose farm that is very easy to follow and doesn't require much setup. This farm is perfect for singleplayer or can be made on a server.

This farm produces in an hour:
2900 Wither roses

All the materials you will need to create this farm are:
64 Carved Pumpkins
128 Snow Blocks
3 Wither Skulls
4 Soul Sand
3 Slabs
2 Dispensers
6 Solid Blocks
1 Observer
2 Redstone Dust
2 Barrels
1 Trapdoor
1 Lever
(At Least) 1 Shear
