The HiDock P1 is a portable AI voice recorder designed for meetings, calls, interviews and quick voice notes. In this review, I test the hardware, the different recording modes, the web app, the phone app, transcription, whisper notes, noise cancellation and how well it actually fits into a real productivity workflow.

There is a lot I like here. The HiDock P1 feels like a proper modern dictaphone: visible, portable, well made, and genuinely useful if you spend a lot of time in meetings or working from a laptop. But the experience is not perfect. Syncing, app design and transcription handling still need some work.
