More than 7 years in the making, this content was filmed in 2013 by David Huting over the course of more than 3 months while living on the remote Taveuni Island (known as the Garden Island of Fiji). In the film, viewers will begin at dawn on the northwest corner of the island, and slowly awaken to pristine views of endless reefs, palm trees and sunshine. About two hours in, a refreshing afternoon rainstorm sets in over a peaceful palm grove - a daily occurrence here. Feeling the need to escape the storm, we next embark on an outer island escape, arriving first on the gorgeous Qamea to relax and dry off on empty white sand beaches. Next we venture even further to the outer islands to explore a tiny yet magical island which lay on an old volcano cauldrun turned tropical reef. After hiking from one coast of the empty island to the other, we then return back to Taveuni to cool off in a waterfall paradise at Tovoro Falls, before embarking on a final escape to the idyllic Nanuku Island for some pristine beachfront relaxation. Just as the sunset is beginning, viewers return to the coast of Taveuni, just in time to catch a beautiful sunset and watch as day slowly turns to night....MORE INFO:

All scenes were filmed in 2011 by David Huting on the Canon 5D Mark II over the course of two different trips (one in July and one in January); viewers will enjoy more than 100 picturesque living landscapes, designed to provide rejuvenation and inspiration the likes of which Ansel Adams himself would likely be proud of. Each scene is like a living painting, and despite it being filmed nearly a decade ago, the quality is quite impressive thanks to newly professional editing and exporting techniques.

Hour 1 starts viewers at the southern entrance of Big Sur nestled along a soothing lighthouse; as the sun rises through the fog, viewers are next transported to the flower-filled coastlines for a relaxing and cool morning arising with the birds and whales. After a refreshing bath in McWay Falls, the clouds part and sun emerges as thousands of sparkling reflections cast their light on a distant sea, creating an explosion of color and detail as the scene slowly progresses to Bixby Bridge, and then into the redwood forests of Julia Pfeiffer-Burns State Park. Hour 2 moves into the forests as the day of wonderful sights and sounds slowly continues on, at Natures pace.
Hour 3 returns to the Famous McWay Cove for a Full Hour of Coastal Relaxation from David Hutings favorite place on earth: the area surrounding McWay Falls.
Hour 4 starts atop a foggy forest and slowly progresses back to the coast just in time for a spectacular sunset from above McWay Falls, where viewers can watch the last bit of light fade to dark as the video ends in a state of total relaxation.
