The Land of the Back Door was one of THOSE areas for me when I first played this mod. I didn't really get the whole floor pattern thing, and I was hellbent on trying to get all of the items... so it was really hard for me to properly keep track of where I had been and where I still had to go. This time though, it went so much better!
There's also our next ??? fight here, the last before the credits roll if memory serves. And it's a really tough one! It focuses much more on very high BST puppets, being our most competitive challenge outside of Damage's team. DSariel is a particular standout, being extremely bulky and difficult to gain ground against thanks to Substitute and Confusion spam. Remember Confusion is a 50% chance to prevent movement in this game, unlike modern Pokémon!
Extended is a mod that adds new characters, story and areas from TH16-18 into the world of TPDP, alongside a swathe of new challenging content designed to really push the game to its limits. It takes inspiration from the 8th generation of Pokémon for its new puppet designs, even going so far as to add new moves/abilities to said puppets to enhance the already massive depth of the original game. New areas and challenges lurk around many a corner, so even if you know the original game by heart you're guaranteed to find lots to get excited about!
