After picking up James from the airport we immediately traveled to a nearby Ghost Town known as Russell Gulch! This town was established after the discovery of gold in 1859 which set off the Great Gold Rush of the Rockies.
We find 2 abandoned houses hanging off a cliff and a hidden cave tunnel going into the mountain!! I also explore a couple of the original buildings of the ghost town. From dead hour to sunup I explore this historic, possibly haunted, gold mining town 👻
