rapunzel and hiccup are together but hiccup unintentionally hurts her so many times that he figures he should stop bothering her (which is what u see in the beginning) and rapunzel doesn't understand why and becomes depressed and it's just flashbacks of their good times together and hiccup in the end decides to see her one last time but alas she is gone bc mother gothel figured out what was going on and took her to a place no one would ever find her again isn't life terrible

this is also a vent because ever since emma got me this awesome copy of rotg, ive been obsessed because i can relate to jack so much. hes been alone for a hundred of years, surrounded by people that cant see him. i feel like that a lot. i can be in a classroom full of people but it feels like im not all there, like i dont really exist. i try hard to make my existence known but there always will be someone else that people notice more.

If you havent noticed, this song isnt exactly Tangled material... Its actually based on Harry Potter, but I really like the beat and the lyrics I did add in fit. I like the song, so why not? It also hasnt been used by ANYBODY for a Tangled MV and you may know I like to use different songs to stand out. ;)
This has to be my favorite Tangled MV Ive made so far! I think I hit the beats pretty spot-on and I didnt go overboard with effects. Theres not much I dont like about this, maybe add a different texture? Its not too evident but it will do! I also think I shouldve done something else with the text, it kind of just comes, nothing special. But besides that, Im very proud of this!
Im thinking Ill either do ANOTHER Tangled MV or work on some animated film, like Rio or Toy Story 3. Im in the process of getting Gnomeo and Juliet so maybe, lol, but I heard it was lame. I havent watched it yet, by the way. But we shall see!
I love doing Tangled MVs - Im so familiar with the film and its fun to work with! There are so many songs that could match them but songs just have to have a certain...UNF, you know? So, expect another Tangled MV next. :D

i seem to switch styles with editing. first, it was black & white + overlays, then it was cookie cutter obsession, then emotional editing, and now im at this weird place where i zoom a lot. anyway, i switch a lot and it affects my editing

My God, I actually used lyrical text in my video. Given its only like thirty seconds, I kind of thought it would help the bad quality. I originally had PERFECT quality but my torrent was messed up in SV. :c So, boohoo. I think Im developing an obsession with having perfect quality videos, LOL. Is that bad? I also, as you can see, tried out a new type of transition. I was going for a big kind so I hope it passes that test, and oh my God, it doesnt take thirty minutes to upload onto YT. XD
I really like this video, personally. Maybe the coloring is a bit too much and maybe I shouldve kept the same coloring as my other MEP part. Since they are right after the other, but...NAH. Oh well, nothing much to do about it now, is there? But yeah, this is the MEP part I had a really close deadline to, so now I have no pressure to finish my others. ps, just some quick critiques for myself since im a nooby at live-action and such. the text near the end probably wasnt necessary, since the song was cut-off so that was an excitement error there. i thought the coloring was pretty simple, perhaps a little dark and needing some color but i was too lazy to mess around. all my effort went into the text, which im pretty proud of. i couldve used more scenes without audio because thats basically the whole video, not to mention the video is REALLY short. but maybe thatll just make you rewatch it a lot lol
