New Zealand fugitive Tom Phillips has been spotted for the first time since 2021 with his three children after he took them into the Waikato wilderness following a fight with their mother, according to multiple media outlets.
Phillips was spotted by teenage pig hunters, who filmed what appears to be the fugitive dressed in a camouflage outfit with his three children Ember, Maverick and Jayda following him through bushland on October 3.
A warrant was issued for Phillips' arrest in 2021 after he took the children and failed to appear in court.
