We’re spending a perfect Friday night at Hersheypark (May 29, 2026) to check out the newest summer updates! The park is fully decorated in red, white, and blue for America’s 250th birthday, bringing a festive vibe all across the park.
We stop by the Music Box Theater for the debut of “Sweet Land of Liberty – A Celebration of the American Songbook,” a brand‑new live show running through Labor Day. Then it’s time for some classic views with a scenic ride on the Hersheypark Monorail—finally back open after a long maintenance closure—and a relaxing trip on the Dry Gulch Railroad.
Of course, we hit a few favorites: we get soaked on Tidal Force, twist through the night on Twizzlers Twisted Gravity, and soar over the park on Great Bear. We wrap up at Hershey’s Chocolate World, where the Chocolate Tour Ride features subtle updates, patriotic décor for the 250th, and a refreshed nod to the classic Hershey theme song.
