This gamescom 2026 gameplay demo offers a deeper look at the remake’s exploration, town management, hero progression, army building, and turn-based combat. The remake features nine distinct factions, each with its own creatures and playstyle, while preserving the strategic foundation of the original game and enhancing it with refined animations, modern audio, and updated visuals.
Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake faithfully rebuilds the acclaimed strategy classic along with its two expansions. The original campaigns are presented as one unified story with a new prologue, epilogue, and cinematic scenes, while multiplayer supports up to eight players online or local turn-based play. Community maps are also supported from day one, with editing tools allowing players to create and customize their own maps and campaigns.
