"Surfing Striker" Astar

Character that inflicts Burn and Burst debuffs and boosts his own attack power based on debuffs inflicted.
Skill 1 Inflicts Burn for 2 turns
Skill 2 Inflicts a 2 Turn stack of Burst and consumes 4k VP to repeat this move on an enemy repeatedly as long you have VP (up to 5x)
Skill 3 Does damage based on number of debuffs target has and force triggers debuffs to proc after attacking.
