Hi and welcome back to my channel. Thank you for your patience while I've taken some personal time to focus on myself and my mental health. It's been a bit of a tough time recently, with kind of everything hitting me at once and I had to take a step back and process. This last year has been incredibly hard and difficult, there has been so many HUGE life changes happening in a really short amount of time and there hasn't been time to actually stop and sit with those feelings. And then they came knocking and refused to leave... So I have been trying to prioritise sleep, regular exercise, better nutrition, physical and mental well-being and goodness me, all of that takes up a huge amount of time. I'm finally feeling on a more even keel, but I'm aware that this is not a quick fix, it's about instilling long term, positive habits and changes.
So... I might be slower with uploads and videos, but I will try my best to share what I have. Thank you again to everyone checking in and cheering me on. I appreciate it more than you can ever imagine.
