Normally I have Image Stabilization turned on, but on Hero 5 Black Edition you cannot use Image Stabilization.
There would be a loss of 60 FPS as can only record at 30FPS on Hero 5 Black, and no Stabilization.
Also how many people actually have 4K Screens? 1080p May be better with 60FPS and Image Stabilization
Not sure if 4k at 30fps would be better than 1080 at 60fps and IS, what do you think?
