On April 13, 2021, a Rock County deputy was observing a residence with a man inside who had a felony warrant and several outstanding charges in Beloit, WI. After the deputy attempted to stop him, he fled with his vehicle at a high rate of speed, striking another vehicle and eventually crashing into a garage.
