It's time for a life update. Many of you have been asking why there haven't been any new KBDProductionsTV videos lately, so I wanted to share exactly what happened. After suffering a serious circular saw accident while rebuilding the front steps at my house, I badly injured my index finger, resulting in a fractured bone, tendon damage, surgery, rehabilitation, and several weeks away from my normal food reviews and travel adventures.
In this video, I walk you through the entire experience—from the accident itself, to driving myself to the hospital, emergency treatment, reconstructive surgery, physiotherapy, and the long recovery process. I also answer questions about Canadian healthcare (OHIP), explain why my regular uploads slowed down, and share what's coming next for both of my YouTube channels.
The good news is that recovery is going well, and I'm hopeful to get back to filming more food reviews, restaurant adventures, stealth camping, road trips, and exploring small Ontario towns very soon. Your support, kind comments, and patience throughout this journey have meant more to me than you'll ever know.
