The hiring process is getting more and more complicated with companies adding new steps every year to sort the hundreds of resumes they receive for every job posting.
Applying online became one of the least efficient strategies to find a job you would be proud of. Instead, I propose a new way to be different in the job search process.
Standing out is not something new. People have been submitting video resumes, online portfolios and reaching out to hiring managers to land amazing jobs.
But today, I want to add a new strategy: creating a SafeHire profile where you can store employer and teacher testimonials to prove your worth to companies.

A complete guide on How to Get a Job Without Experience, in 2019. This video will show you EXACTLY how to land your future job, in 5 actionable steps.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this action-packed guide:
Many strategies out there are outdated, so I grouped the best ones that were tried either by me or by successful people like GaryVee.
First, its important to take responsibility. So many people blame Universities, the Government or the Economy when they cant find a job. Blaming others will only put a psychological roadblock between you, and your dream job. Acknowledge that you havent probably done everything you could, and see how your brain starts coming up with solutions.
Second, I encourage you to build a plan. So many people apply to jobs randomly, myself included, then dont even remember the company when they call them! Have a plan, track your application, and make sure you set yourself up for success.
Third, if you know you lack certain skills to find a job, dont just hope you get this experience. Make it happen by using websites such as Udemy, Youtube or Skillshare to learn new skills that you can show off during job interviews or inside your applications.
Fourth, master your interview skills. If I ask you how well was your last interview, would you be able to tell me exactly what went well, and what went wrong? Most people would give me vague answers. Thats why you have to note everything you experience after an interview, reflect on your mistakes, and never make them again.
Lastly, learn how to sell yourself. Compared to someone with 10 years of experience, if he messes up one or two things, it doesnt matter for him, he has so much to show off! Your situation is different, if you only have 1-2 basic jobs, you cant mess up!
