Rural Kentucky has seen some hard times when it comes to the coal industry - entire communities have been set back decades because of the coal corporations leaving areas. We visited an area in western Kentucky that has seen some hard times, but it has improved tremendously - some actual good news for this struggling place in Kentucky.
