1 -1/2 ounces Premium Tequila
1 - 1/2 ounce Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1/2 of a Freshly Squeezed Lime
5 ounces of Club Soda

Directions
Roll a lime and cut it in half at its equator. Make a shallow cut near the edge of the cut surface of the lime. Run the lime around the rim of a rock glass using the shallow cut. Pour a small amount of The Paloma love, salt, and sugar mixture onto a plate and rim the glass. Next, place one large ice sphere in the rock glass and squeeze the half-lime with a citrus press over the top. Add one and 1/2 ounces of tequila and grapefruit juice. Add 5 ounces of club soda and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice and the pressed lime half, and enjoy.
