But for years I played big in business but didn’t let myself play big in life. I didn’t make time for healing, health, rest, play or feel real pleasure. So a few years ago I decided to apply this to the personal side of my business. And holy delicious.

🔹Take the nap.
🔹Plant that garden.
🔹Go for a stroll at sunset.
🔹Eat yummy food.
🔹Laugh with people you love.
