Today we go shopping in the Mercado 28 market in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
We met a lady who owned her own shop. Since she was the first vendor that said she made her products by hand, we wanted to dive deeper into her story. I asked her what she did prior to opening up her own shop, and the level of comfort she had in sharing her story amazed us.Her family is from Chipas. There she began making the bracelets. After 2 years in Chipas she decided it was time for change again.
