A farm originally owned by Charles, born in 1915 and Mary, born in 1913. As well as this bungalow, a house also sat on the grounds which is where Charles & Mary lived. Just after having a daughter together in 1944 who they called Malerie. Charles and Mary split up; Mary stayed at the farm until she passed away in 1996 at the age of 82. Charles moved down to London which is where he resided until he passed away at the age of 64.
In 1967 daughter Malarie, married Gareth and they both moved into this bungalow on the farm. They had 1 daughter together called Kate.
This is where Kate grew up until she married Melvin and had children of her own and moved to Warwickshire.
On the 13th of July 1977 Gareth failed to display the operations licence on a motor lorry that he was driving. And then on the 26th July 1977 Gareth drove a motor lorry dangerously and carelessly. However, no action was taken on both offences.
In 2000 Gareth owned 6 different lands on properties and held the certificates for these. He rented out the land on the farm to a Garden Nursery family run business in which they are still there to date.
In 2010 Gareth passed away suddenly at home at the age of 66. Leaving a wife, daughter and grandchildren.
Malarie carried on living at the property until 2016 when she Haemorrhaged on the bed. After this she needed full time care and decided to never return to the bungalow again. Unfortunately, the sheets still lie on the bed now.
Malarie sadly passed away a few years later and was happy to be reunited with her first and only love Gareth.
Daughter Kate has finally decided the property needs to be cleared out after being left for so many years. Unfortunately, not much is salvageable.
