I’ve been meaning to host a MAP so here it is! Nothing too crazy, made a Discord server for it and stuff.

RULES
1. Don’t join if you know you aren’t going to finish or you’re occupied with a bunch of other things. I actually want to finish one of these.
2. You MUST have Discord and join the server if you snagged a part. Spectators welcome.
3. You can only ask for 2 parts max since I feel that the parts are long.
4. Please try to include the lyrics into your part, especially if doing PMV! If you have a lot of movement going on in your part, I’ll let it slide.
5. Only use 1920x1080 canvas!
6. Only use your OCs. No fandom. Fandom OCs are only allowed if they exist in their own universe and have no connection to canon characters (such as Warrior Cats OCs that exist in a fanmade clan or OC Fanganronpa characters).
7. Complete your parts with only line art in the colors I featured in the video.
8. AMV or PMV please! PMV should feature slight movement or tweening.
9. Semi-beginner friendly. You don’t need to be crazy good at animation but I’d prefer if you had some examples on your channel.
10. No Gacha or edits. I want you to use your own artwork.
11. Be creative with your part! The song may be about being drunk (apparently high means drunk here) and getting rejected but feel free to interpret it in a way that suits your OCs.
12. Include “high” in your comment somewhere.
13. No watermarks whether it be your own or a program. Flipaclip watermarks, however, are allowed.
14. No NSFW or highly suggestive material.
15. Light gore and blood is allowed but must be colored blue.
16. I will heart and respond if you got the part. If you’ve been ignored, you probably didn’t get it.

Parts must be finished within a month of getting your part.
Two week extensions are available but you must have already sent in a WIP.
You will be kicked and your part will be given to a backup if you fail to deliver on time.

I’m going for a general party theme here. Have your characters dress up in colorful sparkly clothing and let them have fun. However, this song seems to be implying that the singer is hiding negative feelings or has been through some stuff so you are welcome to sprinkle some angst if you wish.
RULES

- Follow the theme! You will be asked to remake or revise your part if you don’t.
- You are allowed to apply for 3 parts. Each part is about 4-8 seconds so please don’t apply for three unless you are CERTAIN you can finish them.
- Only use 1920x1080 canvas! Any lower will appear blurry on my side.
- Only use OCs. Fan characters must be manually verified by me. Absolutely no canon characters should be featured.
- Frame by frame and tweened animation is fine, just try to include actual movement and make the part look interesting.
- No Gacha or Picrew. Use your own artwork.
- The password? Use your favorite color in a sentence.
- No watermarks whether it be your own or a program.
- No NSFW or highly suggestive material.
- Violence and gore should be kept to a minimum but aren’t completely disallowed. Let me know what you plan on doing if you wish to include these.
- Not first come, first serve. I will heart and respond if you got the part. If you’ve been ignored, you probably didn’t get it.
