Inspired by Marshall "Major" Taylor's incredible drive on the racing track, The Major is fresh with a touch of chipotle heat. Pairs equally well with good food.
Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 40 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 15 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 0.15 ml Lemon Juice
- 0.15 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 3 Basil Leaves
- 0.25 tsp Chipotle Powder (optional)
- 1 Grapefruit Wedges
Recipe:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake to chill.
- Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
