Make a change from the expected with a crossover, the floral elderflower crossing into the bright citrus from the tonic accentuated by the tropical notes of the mango play with the round fruit notes in Hennessy cognac to crossover from flavour to flavour and back again.
Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 45 ml Hennessy V.S
- 60 ml Elderflower Tonic
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 60 ml Mango Juice
- 10 ml Lemon juice or Squeeze of one lemon wedge
- 1 Mango Wedge or Lime Wheel
Recipe:
- Pour ingredients into a rocks glass with ice.
- Stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a Mango wedge
