Charles, a member of the beEmboldened Board, shares why this work matters so deeply.

beEmboldened provides counseling, mentoring support, and recovery resources for individuals who have experienced harm in abusive or high-control religious environments — helping them make sense of their experiences and rebuild healthy relationships with Jesus.

During our 2026 Partner Campaign (April 15–May 15), we’re inviting 55 monthly Partners to help us reach our goal of $3,024 in monthly support for survivors.

If you’d like to learn more about how your partnership helps make this support possible, join us for our virtual Open House on April 27 (6:30–7:00 PM CT) to meet members of the team and hear more about the impact of this work. Everyone who registers will receive a small coffee shop gift card as a thank-you!
