My first Miele W1 Excellence was replaced after 13 months due to a failure with the TwinDos detergent dispensing system. Unfortunately the replacement I was sent in April 2023 is now showing a TwinDos error message and the base of the washing machine has corroded again due to a leak in the system. It lasted longer than the first one granted, but I now have a similar fault in three years despite maintaining the TwinDos dispenser every three months.
Do I pay the £299 fixed repair charge and risk being told they cannot fix the machine?
