George played two Tennessean parts on Help! Some suspected on the main channel that the single note riff may be double tracked. I'm not sure they had George overdub two additional guitar parts to the live guitar track. Nevertheless, it does sound closer to the original with a double track on as in this video. I believe the engineers at EMI did an amazing job at getting the most life into a single note guitar overdub.
