I am accepting pre-auction purchases. If there is something you would like to buy prior to auction please email me at samackart with a picture/screenshot of the piece you would like to buy.

AUCTION RULES:
1. Rules are subject to change at any time before the live Auction begins.
2. Final Rules are listed in the Description Box.
3. YouTube/Google is not responsible for anything associated with this Auction.
REQUIREMENTS TO BID & PARTICIPATE IN GIVEAWAYS:
1. You MUST read & agree to the FULL RULES listed in the Auction’s description box.
2. You MUST be signed in to your YouTube account.
3. You MUST be in “LIVE CHAT” mode.
4. Winners MUST be able to pay via PAYPAL.
5. WINNERS MUST KNOW THEIR ITEM # & WINNING BID AMOUNT.
6. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR WINNING BID & ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
BIDDING INFORMATION:
1. Starting Bid Amounts will be described at the beginning of each Auction.
2. Bids are only in U.S. Dollars.
3. Each Auction is 90-SECONDS (= 1-1/2 minutes) long.
4. Auctions begin when Michael Robinson types “START” into the Chatbox.
5. Due to variable internet lagging times between the Video/Audio & each person’s Chatbox,
IT’S VERY IMPORTANT that YOU ONLY PAY ATTENTION to the CHATBOX DURING BIDDING!! Please IGNORE the LAGGING VIDEO/AUDIO!!
6. WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE WORD “START” IN YOUR CHATBOX BEFORE PLACING YOUR FIRST BID.
7. Place bids by typing a whole-dollar amount (no cents) into the Chatbox.
8. Bids placed before the word “START” are NOT valid.
9. Bid as often as you wish during each 90-second auction period.
10. Auctions end when Michael Robinson types “STOP” into the Chatbox.
11. Bids shown after the typed word “STOP” are NOT valid.
HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED:
1. The FIRST highest bid shown BEFORE the typed word “STOP” wins.
2. ONLY MICHAEL ROBINSON & SARAH MAY DECLARE WINNERS.
3. Be aware that due to internet lagging, YOUR CHATBOX MAY NOT MATCH MICHAEL’S
CHATBOX. WINNERS WILL BE DECLARED SOLELY BASED ON THE TIMES STAMPS ON
THE COMPUTER ON WHICH THE WORDS “START” & “STOP” HAVE BEEN TYPED.
4. Questions and/or discrepancies that cannot be determined during the Auction will be
reviewed by Sarah the next day. SARAH’S RULING IS FINAL and will be announced in an
email to the appropriate parties.
INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM AUCTION & GIVEAWAY WINNERS:
1. EVERY WINNER MUST EMAIL samackart@yahoo.com at the end of the Auction, but NO
LATER THAN FRIDAY 12/15/22 @ 6:00pm EST with the following required
information:
--Item number(s) won – PUT IN EMAIL SUBJECT LINE
--Winning bid amount(s)
--Your first & last name
--Your YouTube nickname
--Your email address
--Your phone number
--The email address associated with your PayPal account
--The ship to address INCLUDING ZIP CODE
2. Please help Sarah quickly get your items to you BY GIVING COMPLETE & ACCURATE
INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL.
3. Sarah needs this information NO LATER THAN 12/16 @ 6pm EST so she can begin
the enormous task of packing & shipping everything.
4. IF YOUR REQUIRED INFO IS NOT RECEIVED by 12/15 @ 6pm EST , THEN YOUR
WINNING BID WILL BE DEEMED NULL and VOID, and the ART FORFEITED & retained by
Sarah Mack Art.
5. Forfeited art may be offered to the next highest bidder or held for a future full-price sale.
INVOICES:
1. CONTINENTAL U.S. WINNERS will receive ONLY ONE INVOICE with bid & shipping costs
(including shipping insurance that’s based on the winning auction amount) that will be emailed
to you by 6pm EST Tuesday, 12/15/22.
2. Be aware that Invoices will come from “SARAH Mack of S. Mack Art” via SQUARE. Or payments can be made via Venmo or Zelle
3. Shipments will not be made until full payment has been received.
PAYMENT:
1. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT of INVOICE(S) unless previous arrangements have been agreed to by Sarah in writing.
2. Square Invoice payment, Venmo and Zelle are the only acceptable payments.
3. If full payment is not in Sarah’s hand by Friday, 12/16/22 at 6pm EST then the sale will be declared NULL and VOID, & THE ARTWORK WILL BE FORFEITED & retained by Sarah Mack Art.
SHIPPING & SHIPMENT TIMING:
1. Auction & Giveaway WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL SHIPPING COSTS,
including shipping insurance that’s based on the winning auction amount.
2. Shipping is via USPS from Massachusetts to the Winner’s chosen location.
3. Shipping is anticipated to be completed within 6 days after the Auction (by Monday 12/19/22).
4. A shipment tracking number will be emailed to you.
3. INTERNATIONAL BUYER- will be invoice twice- once for the art and second for the shipping.
