Hey yeah I'm finally reviving this thing! It's been long enough now that I'm clearing out most of the old signups and slightly tweaking some of the rules (I tried asking anyone I could who's still around if they still wanted to play -- if I didn't contact you and you were originally on there and wanted to stay on there, let me know and you'll get re-added with top priority).
Anyway, I'm reopening the signups now, and will be opening them every ~10 spots or 20 rounds or so, to hopefully keep things more fresh and active within the list. And let me know if the spot you're signing up for is because you want the specific number, because otherwise if anyone drops out I'll just move the list up a spot and keep things flowing that way. Because of that I'm probably not going to be needing the substitutes list anymore.
