TW: Themes of parental disputes/divorce
this was my first attempt at a storyboard of this size! I’m very proud of myself for being determined enough to finish this but man do I wish the story made more sense 😔
Anyways so here’s what happened:
When The main character (we can call him George) is a little child he witnesses his parents get into a huge fight and his mom walk out. And after that happens he becomes tRAPPED in the memory and isolated himself from others to avoid the same fate.
Then it cuts to him as an adult who lives in the middle of nowhere because he’s still so afraid of relationships. His childhood self is like “please let go of this memory so you can have any sort of relationship. PLEASE” George is almost able to free himself but at the last second gets too scared, then he falls into a small underground cave with another creature living inside! This other creature (we can call them Kasey) is also very isolated and alone. Although they want to form connections more than George. George wants to leave but decides to stay since he doesn’t want to have to confront his younger self again (and also he is injured) Kasey gives him some healing tea, and after he takes it he remembers how nice it is to have support and starts feels more comfortable around Kasey.
tHENNN kasey leads him to an exit not far from their house. George is faced with his childhood self again and he thinks about his parents more but tHEN realizes he will never know if he can have a healthy relationship if he doesnt try and he frees his youngerself and rUNS AFTER Kasey and invites them to his house so they can become friends and they have fun friendship times tHE END!!!!!!!
