Turning to medicine, Kathryn Tart, dean of the Gessner College of Nursing at the University of Houston, will break down the growing shortage of nurses in Texas. And finally, director Tyler Mann, actress Rachel DeRouen and actor Eric Roberts will discuss their film “I Voted” which takes a real-life experience and turns it into a dark, political thriller. The film opens in select theaters on September 4th.
