Then, we’ll talk with urban affairs reporter for The Texas Tribune Joshua Fechter on his article spotlighting budget problems facing many Texas cities. Turning to the environment, Tracy Hester, co-director of the University of Houston Law Center’s Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Law Center, will educate on solar radiation management, or SRM, a theoretical way of slowing global warming by reflecting a small amount of sunlight back into space. And finally, we’ll get a visit from Lucille’s Chef Chris Williams who is working with the nonprofit Street Art for Mankind to complete a mural this fall honoring the legacy of famed Houston artist John Biggers.
