In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, HellermannTyton South Africa goes solar.

• We use more than 400 litres of diesel in an hour
• We looked to reduce our manufacturing footprint by installing solar
• 1200+ solar panels, 540 watts each, covering 3400m2
• producing 700kW at peak = 60% of our power consumption at peak.
• The entire installation will produce around 1.2GWh of electricity in a year for HellermannTyton
• We will reduce CO2 emissions by 1000 metric tons per annum"
