Jack hunts down Henderson here as he is still trying to get information off him. Heller is willing to sacrifice himself for this and eventually does. Chloe confirmed that Heller drove his car off the cliff into the lake. This sets Jack off again. Of course we find out later that Heller faked this though its still very shocking in the moment.
