Depending on what mobs you get, you get more or less points before the boss spawns. You need 40K or 65K if the barricade is going to die to ensure S rank. If you get Saam King Herb's, you can go afk :D Is it a bug that once respawned the barricade doesn't take damage? I don't know, but it's very convenient ^^
