Welcome to episode 3 of AccuAir Suspension’s "Manufacturing Monday!” Our episode consists of the buildout process of our very important Height Sensor Harness (AA-H-SENS4-20/20/16/16). The Height Sensor Harness connects all four Height Sensors to the ECU. These Harnesses are built with durability in mind as to handle the harshness that comes with being routed through the underbelly of a vehicle. Each Height Sensor Connector is weather sealed making sure there is no chance of moisture entering through the housing. Observe our harness team roll, strip and crimp a spool of wire into a perfectly wrapped and tested Height Sensor Harness.
