I wrote this piece a little while ago for my friend Canana and his chiptune collaboration album 'Heroic Can-paign'. I think the overall style of it was somewhat influenced by Yooka-Laylee & the Impossible Lair (and the official cover album I produced around the same time I composed this tune). I utilized two additional freewave channels added by the N163 chip, using them to create a strong and unique sounding melody.
