UDOT published the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) on Jan. 7, 2026. This report summarizes and presents the results of the alternatives evaluated in detail for the Heber Valley Corridor Draft EIS and identifies the preferred alternative. The alternatives that were evaluated were Alternative A (on US-40) and Alternative B (off US-40).
