The gun is added into the leveled lists and will appear on high-level gunners and in vendors after level 20. Additionally, there is one hidden in the world somewhere along with some of the attachments. There's a note with a clue to the location hidden somewhere in the Dugout Inn.

Stats
The gun does much more damage per shot than the vanilla Gauss Rifle, but has a slower reload speed and lower ammo capacity which actually gives it a lower DPS. However, it can be modded to reload much faster with the shell holder receivers and do so much more damage that it surpasses the gauss rifle.
