The Heavy South DLC expands the game world far to the south, more than doubling the total size of the map as well as the number of missions. The expansion includes numerous new handcrafted heavy- and super-heavy-haul missions, new delivery locations, over 20 new cargo types, additional trailers, countless procedurally generated mission combinations for Economy Mode, and a brand-new route challenge in which players must use their crane to tow vehicles blocking the road.
Heavy South is aimed at players who are ready to master the next level of large-scale logistics. Breathtaking mountain landscapes present new challenges and require careful planning, precise driving, and expert handling of oversized cargo on demanding southern routes. From aircraft parts and railroad cars to boats, mining machinery, and forestry and agricultural vehicles, the DLC expands the heavy-haul transport experience with new mission variety, new logistical scenarios, and an entirely new environment.
