Heavy builds are the "thing" now in Warframe and the Pennant is a unique weapon that helps to prove that point. A build that is balanced between normal attacks and heavy attacks is something tricky and in most cases means "lesser DPS" but I find it fun to switch from what was ye old spin-2-win to a more dynamic style of play.
