One of the most important things for me, from lot of years, has always been improvising over original songs from other bands, not backing tracks, and trying to play everything i want in that exact moment, not thinking about theory, scales etc...simply play, and try to express myself in the best way as possible..
this is an another example of me in this mood.. I really hope to be able to transmit at least 10% of what I feel to you guys! :)
The song in the background is called "the one and only" from the swedish band H.E.A.T.
