This lentil and bean chili is so flavorful and oh-so filling! It is a great to-go chili to make in batches to bring to work or school all week. It also freezes well and is perfect for heating up on a cold evening.

Ingredients:
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 Cups vegetable broth
24 ounces tomato sauce
24 ounces diced tomatoes
2 Cups brown lentils
3-4 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 Cups black beans, cooked
2 Cups red beans, cooked

Method:
1. In a stock pot, add the onion and garlic. Add a bit of water and sauté until translucent.
2. Next, add the broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and lentils. Simmer until the lentils are cooked.
3. Add in the spices, black beans, and red beans. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
